From the Hardware Festival to the World Expo: A 70-Year Journey

The Hardware Eagle was born as a symbol of Miki’s rich hardware culture.

Its presence at the Miki Hardware Festival. Its magnificent appearance at the Osaka Expo. Since then, it has remained a local icon, etched into the memories of many. Though its surroundings have changed with the passage of time, its legacy has been faithfully passed down through the generations.

Five and a half years in the making: Behind the scenes.

Examining preservation methods. Selecting the ideal location. Redesigning the structure and exhibition style. Through countless discussions and extensive preparations, the permanent exhibition finally became a reality after five and a half years. This was more than just a re-installation; it was an act of will to preserve this legacy for the future.
